UPDATE 8/16/2022: The Skye Cable XIII president called this morning to report that an additional check arrived from Frontier Communications, truing-up the amount per subscriber from January 2022.

Lesson: If you ask, you maybe you won’t get anything. But you don’t know until you ask.

Also consider comparing the “proposed final” or Draft Decision with the Final Decision. Order #3 concerning Frontier’s rate of CAP support, a regular item since Frontier took over U-Verse from AT&T, disappears in the final version. If they weren’t ordered to pay as usual, why would they? But why did the Order disappear?
